Service description: AI Visibility Audit
The AI Visibility Audit is an individualized digital analysis and reporting service. After payment, you first receive an initial snapshot within 24 hours, followed by the full audit report within 3–5 business days.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific rankings, citations, or recommendations by AI systems. The audit measures and documents the current state and any changes, but cannot influence or guarantee the behavior of third-party AI search systems.
SOCS Pro and Automation Systems
SOCS Pro and individual automation systems (e.g. Shopify Automation Systems) are apply-based services, not products available through automatic checkout. Access is granted after reviewing your application and individual coordination.
Delivery of reports
Reports are delivered through the client portal. If needed, reports or updates can also be sent by email.
Withdrawal and refunds
Refunds are not available once audit work has started or the report has been delivered. If statutory withdrawal rights apply, execution before the withdrawal period ends requires explicit consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right may expire.
