Scope of application
AIProCraft is directed at entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, and businesses. Our services are not directed at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
Service description: AI Visibility Audit
The AI Visibility Audit is an individualized digital analysis and reporting service. After payment, you first receive an initial snapshot within 24 hours, followed by the full audit report within 3–5 business days.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific rankings, citations, or recommendations by AI systems. The audit measures and documents the current state and any changes, but cannot influence or guarantee the behavior of third-party AI search systems.
Apply-based Programs and Systems
Individual automation systems (e.g. Shopify Automation Systems), the AI Visibility Monitoring Pilot, Order Operations Control, and Custom Integration Monitoring are apply-based services, not products available through automatic checkout. Access is granted after reviewing your application and individual coordination. For monthly-priced pilot programs such as the AI Visibility Monitoring Pilot, invoicing is manual and only begins after approval — never through an automatic, recurring checkout.
Delivery of reports
Reports are delivered through the client portal. If needed, reports or updates can also be sent by email.
Withdrawal and refunds
Refunds are not available once audit work has started or the report has been delivered. If statutory withdrawal rights apply, execution before the withdrawal period ends requires explicit consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right may expire.
Data processing for connected stores
Where a service involves AIProCraft processing personal data from your store systems on your behalf — for example order data from a connected Shopify store analysed by the Revenue Recovery service — the Data Processing Addendum published at aiprocraft.de/avv forms part of the agreement between you and AIProCraft within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. In case of conflict, the Addendum prevails over these Terms with respect to that processing.
